Department Of Mechanical Engineering

The Department of Mechanical engineering was established in the year 2009 offered a 4 year B.E., degree in Mechanical Engineering with an initial intake of 60 and reached to 120 and 180 in the year 2011 and 2014 respectively. It has well equipped laboratories, workshops and other infrastructural facilities.

DEPARTMENT OBJECTIVE

TTo create employable and entrepreneurial engineers with academic excellence, positive attitude, communication & interpersonal skills, good character, self confidence and leadership qualities and which are useful to the Family, Society and Nation.

Goals
  • To achieve an overall result of 80% in each semester.
  • To achieve a 90% result in each subjects.
  • To arrange minimum one Industrial Visit and In-Plant Training for the students in every semester
  • To enhance students through personality development programs.
  • To provide counseling effectively for student's development
  • Motivate the entire faculty to adopt the latest techniques in teaching and learning process.
  • To arrange Faculty Development Programmes in each semester
